Wallet PnL
What it shows
Wallet PnL, the WALLET PNL tab of the site (neverfuckingtrade.com/pnl), shows whether a wallet is up or down on NFTs: every mint, buy and sale it made on Robinhood Chain, Ethereum, Ink and Arc, the bottom line, and each collection and each NFT behind it. Paste one wallet, or several separated by commas: several wallets count as one owner, so an NFT moved between them is not a sale.
The total has two parts. Realized is what the NFTs you sold made or lost. Unrealized is what the NFTs you still hold would make or lose if sold into the live bids right now.
How it counts
- A buy costs what was paid for it.
- A mint costs what left your wallet in the mint transaction, shared by the NFTs it minted; gas counts when your wallet sent the transaction.
- A sale counts what actually arrived in your wallet in the sale transaction, so the marketplace fee and the creator royalty are already off.
- A held NFT is valued at the OpenSea bids it could be sold into now: the collection offers, and the trait and item offers that cover it, the best first, net of fees. Several NFTs of one collection share the bids, down the offer book. An NFT no bid covers counts at $0 (NO OFFERS, or NO BID LEFT when the bids went to your other NFTs of it).
- An NFT that came from another wallet is followed back through its history to its mint or its purchase, a few wallets back, and takes that cost.
- Mints the marketplace never showed are looked up on chain and marked ON-CHAIN.
- Dollar amounts use today's prices of ETH and the other coins.
Free mints and NOT COUNTED
A free mint stays free: its cost is zero and whatever it brought back is profit.
NOT COUNTED holds what the totals leave out: NFTs sent away or burned (there is no sale to count), NFTs whose cost the chain does not show (COST UNKNOWN), NFTs out of a project's own stock (FROM PROJECT: the project minted them to itself and handed them out after a sale paid elsewhere), and the ones you mark DON'T COUNT. Collections that could bring the most come first.
Open a collection and tell what you paid per NFT, in ETH or USDC, then SAVE; FREE sets it to zero; DON'T COUNT leaves it out, for example a mint paid by burning tokens; CLEAR forgets your price. A price moves those NFTs into the totals at once. The NOT COUNTED tab pulses when something there made money and waits for its price. Your prices are yours: they are kept in your profile and change only your own view.
Chains, periods and the list
A chip for every chain with its own total, and ALL. 7D, 30D and ALL TIME look at the last move of each NFT: its sale, or its arrival when you still hold it.
The list groups the NFTs by collection, with what went in, what came back or would at the bids, and the PnL; open a collection to see each NFT with its mint or buy, its sale or bid, the gas and the transactions. The tabs ALL, SOLD, HOLDING, IN LOSS and NOT COUNTED filter it; sort it worst or best first, most recent or most spent, or find a collection by name. SHOW MORE under the card opens the totals: spent, got back, held at bids, gas, deals, wins and losses.
The card and POST ON X
The card on top sums the scan up for the chain and period you picked: the total in dollars or in percent (tap the number), the realized and unrealized lines, a curve of what the sales made over time with a dashed step to the total, and the TOP 3 FLIPS by collection; when the total is below zero, the WORST 3 and a NEVER F*CKING TRADE stamp. The card wears the look you picked for the site: MAIN, DAY or NIGHT.
Tap the wallet on the card to show your X instead: the avatar and @handle of the X account linked to your profile. Without one, the card offers CONNECT X, the same X linking as on the profile page, and brings you back.
COPY puts the picture on the clipboard, DOWNLOAD PNG saves it. POST ON X saves the card on our server and opens a post with a link to it; X shows the card as the link's preview. On a phone, the share sheet gets the picture itself and nothing is uploaded.
Who can scan, and limits
Scanning needs a free profile (one signature on the main page, no transaction) with OpenSea connected: the same Sign in with OpenSea the whitelist checks use, one signature of OpenSea's own text, no transaction. The OpenSea part of a scan, the wallet's activity and the live bids, is read under that sign-in of yours, like the whitelist checks. With both, the page shows SCAN at once. Any wallet can be scanned, and only the wallets you type.
- Up to 5 wallets in one scan.
- One scan at a time for each profile, within an hourly and a daily limit.
- The bar under the wallet field shows how far the scan is.
- A wallet you type shows its last saved result while a new scan runs or waits.
What is stored
A scan reads public data: the wallet's marketplace activity and the live bids from OpenSea, under your own OpenSea sign-in, and transactions from public blockchain nodes. It sends no transaction and asks for no approval.
- The last result of each set of wallets, so the page shows it again at once; results of wallets nobody scanned for about a month are deleted.
- The prices you set, in your profile, while the profile exists.
- A card you post on X: 90 days from the post, then deleted. Anyone with its link can see it; it is not listed or indexed.
